Position 1: Sr. JAVA Developer
- 2+ yrs software development experience in Java/J2EE
- Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science, IT or related scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Full software development life cycle experience
- Knowledge of Development experience on Android platform
- Key member of the team responsible for Web/Mobile application development
- Significantly skilled in software development, debugging, and testing techniques
- Knowledge of performance analysis, memory management, tuning and various caching strategies
- Good knowledge of ant build scripts
- Nice coding habits, documenting and commenting clearly so that others can understand your work
- Mentors Engineers on best practices and standards
- May perform code reviews
- Flex/AIR application development knowledge
- Good working knowledge of Web services (XML, REST)
- Good knowledge of Linux or Unix OS
Position 2: Jr. JAVA Developer
- 6+ months of Java work experience
- Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science, IT or related scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Nice to have knowledge of Development experience on Android platform
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn new concepts and passion for building great web/mobile apps
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and a desire to excel
- Good writing and communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team and sharing code using version control
Position 3: Sr .Net Application Developer
- Minimum 2 years experience in .net programming
- Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science,IT or related scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Detailed oriented, independent personality who can take initiative
- Ability to communicate technical aspects to people with non-IT background
- Strong analytical skills: can read business requirements and implement a solution
- Ability to work in team environment

- Ability to manage time and juggle competing deadlines effectively
- Proficient with C#, ASP.NET (3.5), LINQ, AJAX, Web Service development, and Transact-SQL development for SQL Server 2008
- Understanding of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and developing a cross-browser compatible websites
- Unit testing knowledge (NUnit)
- Source versioning systems (CVS, SVN)
